Federal Government to assess the Environmental Impact Statement for Traveston Dam

The Federal Labor Government espouses an excellent water policy, but the Queensland Labor Government are studiously ignoring it by pushing ahead with plans for Traveston Dam. Send a letter to the Prime Minister asking him to assist in ensuring this policy is upheld when assessing the EIS.

University of the Sunshine Coast signs MoU with Queensland Water Infrastructure

This Memorandum of Understanding seems to be in direct contradiction of the University's commitment to the people of the region, and to the independant pursuit of knowledge. Send the Vice Chancellor a letter expressing your disgust at this decision.
